You choose an annual plan (Bronze 8 hours, Silver 16 hours, or Gold 24 hours). Your hours are available immediately and can be used as needed for all your maintenance, repair, or improvement needs. Unused hours are automatically carried over to the following quarter.
All overtime hours are billed at the preferential member rate of 75 $/h (instead of 85 $/h for non-members), with a minimum of just 2 hours per visit, no travel fees, and materials always at cost (0 % margin).
The hour bank is ideal for repairs, preventive maintenance, and small jobs that can be completed in a few hours. For large-scale projects (bathroom or kitchen renovations, painting an entire home, staircase restoration), we’ll conduct a site visit and provide you with a free, guaranteed fixed-price quote. Silver and Gold members also enjoy a 5 % discount on renovation labor.

No. The amount shown on the accepted estimate constitutes our fixed-price commitment. If unforeseen conditions arise (e.g., a hidden structural defect revealed during demolition), no changes will be made without your prior written agreement on a clear change order.
