No. The monthly payment funds the annual labor bank. As long as hours remain in the bank, approved services are deducted from it without those hours being billed again. The rate of 75 $/h applies once the labor bank is depleted, for any additional work that has been approved. Materials and other expenses that have been expressly agreed upon are billed separately.

Yes. It is even recommended: upon joining, we offer to plan your year together (spring, autumn — gutters, caulking, exterior opening). You choose the dates; nothing is imposed. These visits are scheduled in advance and can be rescheduled at no extra charge if you notify us more than 24 business hours in advance. Between visits, you can freely book using the remaining balance.

You can reschedule it free of charge by writing to us more than 24 business hours before the agreed date. Below this timeframe, the usual rule applies (2 hours deducted or billed).

You choose a plan (Condo 8 hours, House 12 hours, Plex 20 hours per year). The bank is fully flexible: you book eligible work when you need it, subject to availability. Seasonal visits are optional and, if you book them, their duration is deducted from the bank. Unused hours expire at the end of the 12-month term, with no carryover or refund.

Overtime is billed at the member rate of 75 $/h, with a minimum of 2 hours per visit and no regular travel charges for the registered building. Materials supplied by Bricopro are billed at cost plus 10 %.

The bank covers maintenance, minor repairs, adjustments, finishing work, and small installations. Renovations and projects lasting several days are subject to a separate fixed-price quote and do not automatically use up the bank. Maison and Plex members receive a 5 % discount on the labor portion of approved renovations.

The term is 12 months, billed monthly, and automatically renews for another 12-month term unless you opt out. A clear notice is sent at least 45 days before the renewal date, specifying the renewal date, the new monthly payment amount, and a simple way to cancel. The adjustment is limited to 3 % or the annual change in the Quebec CPI, whichever is higher.

Any cancellation, absence, or failure to provide access reported less than 24 business hours before a confirmed appointment will result in the deduction or billing of 2 hours. If Bricopro reschedules a confirmed appointment, no fees apply.

Yes. Materials provided by Bricopro are billed at cost plus 10 % for members (cost plus 15 % for non-members). If you provide your own materials, no surcharge applies.

Within the first 30 days, Bricopro refunds the subscription monthly payments received and settles the work actually completed at the disclosed non-member rate, plus the materials actually supplied. After this period, a written notice of cancellation is possible and the amounts are settled according to the value of the services and expenses actually incurred. This policy does not limit your applicable rights.

Yes. A syndicate associated with a 2- to 4-unit building can choose the Plex plan; an authorized representative registers the syndicate and the building for membership. Bricopro documents its work to support the syndicate's maintenance records — it does not establish, certify, or replace the maintenance logbook. Buildings with 5 units or more are subject to a customized proposal.
