A cancellation, absence, or failure to provide access reported less than 24 business hours before a confirmed appointment will result in the deduction or invoicing of 2 hours. If Bricopro reschedules, no fees apply.
Renovations are subject to a separate fixed-price quote and do not automatically deplete the credit line. Maison and Plex members receive a 5 % discount on the labor portion of approved renovations.
Yes. For syndicates of 2 to 4 units, the Plex plan is accessible through an authorized representative. Bricopro documents its work (dated description, hours, materials, photos as needed) to support maintenance records—without establishing or certifying the Bill 16 booklet, which is the responsibility of qualified professionals.
